Twitter gave its web presence an upgrade today, which it says will mimic its iOS and Android applications.
The company tweeted, naturally, that account holders would start to see the new web experience. If you haven’t seen it yet, Twitter is still in the process of rolling it out site-wide.
You’ll now see your profile and header pictures alongside your bio information in the lefthand sidebar that currently shows trends. As it stands, you only see your name, how many tweets you have, how many people you’re following, and how many people follow you. The new sidebar includes an area to compose tweets as well, whereas before you had to click the small compose button and enter your tweet into a pop-up text box…
